7:45 am- Families meet at FBC Corbin (or arrive for drop off).

8:00 —9:45 - Van and carpool leaves and drives to Knoxville Zoo (approx. 1.5 hour drive)

9:45 – 11:45 – Arrive at Knoxville Zoo and begin exploring!

11:45 – 12:45 – Lunch at the Zoo (& Group Photo!)

Kids lunches- paid by FBC; Adult Lunches- Average cost is $15-20 (includes drink). Full menus available here.

12:45 — 2:30 – Finish Exploring Zoo (Don’t forget the splash pad and playground!)

2:30 – 4:00 – Return to Corbin

4:00 – Pickup at FBC Corbin (or taken back to their homes by FBC if needed)

Our theme this year for VBS is “Wild Life”! To help us keep the fun of VBS going all summer, we are going to take a family field trip. We need to get a headcount for tickets, food, and transportation. Please fill out the following for every child and adult that plans to attend.

In Case of Emergency- I, the parent/guardian(s) listed above, authorize the adult, in whose care the minor has been entrusted, to consent to any x-ray, anesthetic, medical, surgical, or dental diagnosis, treatment, and/or hospital care, to be rendered under the general or special supervision and on the advice of any medical professional licensed under the Medical Practice Act whether such diagnosis or treatment is rendered at the office of said professional or at said hospital. I agree to be liable/pay all costs associated with any necessary treatment.
